Vernieuwende en ruimtelijke cross-overs met verschillende media. Dat is wat het werk van I/O collective kenmerkt. De 3 pas afgestudeerde fotografen overstijgen het fotografisch medium met werk dat onder de huid kruipt. Zij onderzoeken het thema en de grens tussen onze binnen en buitenruimte zowel inhoudelijk als fysiek.
De eindeloos groeiende stad. Nepnieuws. Een visueel dagboek over identiteit. Dit is een greep uit het werk dat zij tijdens de expositie “Translucid" zullen tentoonstellen. Hun multimediale presentatie bevat installaties, animaties en werk aan de muur. Ze stellen vragen, confronteren en treffen in onderwerp en presentatiewijze.
I/O collective bestaat uit Dirk-Jan Davids – Erica Hagens en Ehlana Polgara.
